SentiCare’s solution goes one step further than any other Adherence Service available. Our Call center is staffed with trained Advisors who monitor clients' medication alerts.
SentiCare Advisors visually monitor digital images to verify that PillStation is loaded in accordance with active prescriptions. Digital images allow advisors to check if clients have removed their medications after each reminder alarm.
When your doctor writes you a new prescription, let the SentiCare Advisor know and your records will be updated. Load PillStation with the new medications and an Advisor will check to be sure it is loaded.
